Rebates

Medicare:

If you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) you are eligible to receive a Medicare rebate for each session. With a MHCP, you can claim this rebate for up to 10 sessions each calendar year.

If you have a valid Eating Disorder Plan (EDP) you are eligible to receive a Medicare rebate for each session. With an EDP, you can claim this rebate for up to 40 sessions within the 12 month period from the date your EDP was first commenced.

Some clients might also qualify for a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM), which entitles you to a Medicare rebate of approx. $63.05 per session for up to five sessions per calendar year (rebate as of 2026).

To claim the above rebates, you’ll need a Medicare card and a valid referral + management plan from your GP, paediatrician or psychiatrist.

A Medicare rebate is available for those with an eligible MHCP or EDP. Each year, the rebate amounts will change - please ask me about what the rebate amount is at time of enquiry or visit Services Australia - Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS).

*Please note, Medicare do not provide rebates for ADHD and Autism Assessments.

Private Health Insurance:

For those with eligible coverage, your private health insurer may cover a portion of your session fee. It is advised you check with your insurer to see if you are eligible. Please note, you will need to submit your receipt/claim to your insurer as I am unable to lodge these claims myself.

Fees

A standard 50-minute consultation with Charlotte is $235. If you hold a concession or are currently experiencing some financial stress, please speak with me about fee and pricing options.

For EMDR sessions:
